We enter the amount and your e-mail address in the ESTO partner portal. ESTO sends you a direct link where you complete the application yourself. You receive the decision instantly.

Sign digitally and we install

Sign the contract with your ID card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID. We then agree on the delivery and installation time. The first payment is due only next month.

The annual percentage rate of charge for ESTO AS instalment credit is 23,63% aastas under the following example conditions: credit amount 4 700 EUR, cost of goods/services 4 700 EUR, down payment 0%, fixed interest rate 11,90%, contract fee 0 EUR, total amount of credit and total repayments 5 304,62 EUR, assuming the credit is repaid within 24 months in equal monthly instalments of 221,03 EUR.

Who can apply.

All adult citizens of the Republic of Estonia can apply for instalment payment. ESTO checks the background automatically during the application.

Age 18 to 70

The applicant must be at least 18 and at most 70 years old.

Citizenship of the Republic of Estonia

Citizenship or a valid Estonian residence permit. For business clients we offer instalments with a private person's guarantee (ESTO assesses the guarantor's solvency).

Valid ID card, Smart-ID or Mobile-ID

A digital identification method is required to sign the contract.

Regular income

Salary, business income or pension that allows paying the monthly instalments.

Clean payment history

No active payment defaults are allowed. The background is checked automatically.

Is ESTO instalment payment really free?

Pay later and ESTO 3 solutions are genuinely free for the end customer — €0 contract fee and 0% interest. Long-term ESTO instalments of up to 60 months are also free of contract fees but include a fixed interest rate starting from 9.90% per year. The final rate is determined after you submit the application and ESTO assesses your solvency. Exact figures can be found in the legal notice below.

What happens if the application is declined?

The decision arrives in real time. If ESTO instalments are not suitable, you can pay by regular bank transfer against an invoice or choose another ESTO payment option. The quote remains valid and the purchase process is not interrupted.

Can I repay the instalments early?

Yes. You can terminate the contract early at any time without extra fees. In that case you only pay the interest accrued for the period used. Repayment instructions are available in the ESTO self-service portal.

How do I keep track of my payments?

You can find the full payment schedule and contract details in the ESTO self-service portal at my.esto.eu. ESTO also sends a reminder a few days before each due date.

What happens if I return the product?

If you return the product under our return policy (product in its original packaging and unused), we also terminate the instalment contract with ESTO. Any amount already paid is refunded to you and future instalments are cancelled. Returning an installed Washlet is always subject to a separate agreement.

Is my data secure?

Yes. ESTO AS is a creditor licensed by the Financial Supervision Authority and processes data in accordance with GDPR. Luvia Solutions never sees your financial data — all communication takes place directly between you and ESTO.
