Right of withdrawal

If you place an order via remote selling (by phone, email, or contact form), you have the right as a consumer to withdraw from the contract within 14 days without stating any reason.

Expiration date

The return period is 14 days from the day you or a third party you designate (other than the carrier) physically take possession of the goods. For orders with multiple parts, the period begins upon receipt of the last part.

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please inform us of your decision by means of a clear statement sent by email to info@luviasolutions.com. You can use the model withdrawal form, but it is not mandatory. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient to send your notice concerning the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.

Returning goods

Return the goods without delay, but no later than 14 days from the date of withdrawal. The direct costs of returning the goods shall be borne by the consumer. The goods must be unused, undamaged, in their original packaging, and in a sellable condition. The consumer is liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling them in a way that is not necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Refund

We will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method offered by us), no later than 14 days from the day on which we are notified of your decision to withdraw from the contract. We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used for the initial transaction. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back, or until you have supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is the earlier.

When the right of withdrawal does not apply

  • Products installed or put into use, which cannot be returned for hygienic reasons and whose packaging has been opened after delivery;
  • Products made to order at the consumer's request or clearly personalized;
  • Other exceptions arising from the Law of Obligations Act (Section 53(4) of the Law of Obligations Act).
